THe slow lane is a beautiful not about news paper for people who aren’t rushing through life.

It’s contents are a monthly celebration of all things slow living, written with love and intention by madisun gray. Printed in Paris, packaged by hand at our kitchen table and shipped to your mailbox, not your inbox each month.

Each issue is one of a kind, small batch printed and then gone forever. We hope it becomes a close companion to the restful, feel-good moments in your life.

It’s meant to recenter and inspire you to live each month with less rush and more meaning.

Every month, you’ll receive a slow printed newspaper, and a few tiny surprises tucked inside via snail mail. The slow lane is made and shipped straight from from our home to yours and best enjoyed on slow afternoons, cozy blankets in the sun or alongside a good sip of something.

We believe that small moments matter and that we all need breaks away from the busyness. We hope that The Slow Lane becomes a close companion to you in your slower, unplugged moments.

Each issue is meant to be a meaningful offline experience for our subscribers. We only print each issue once and don’t share it online or for individual sale. Part of the experience with snail mail is embracing the slow pace and anticipation of your special delivery to get there when it gets there!

cutoff date for each month’s issue is the 15th.

Ship date is the 25th.

YOU MIGHT BE THINKING...

  • We close each month’s list on the 15th so we know exactly how many papers to print.

    If you subscribe on or before the 15th, you’ll receive the upcoming issue. If you join after the 15th, your first paper will be the following month’s issue.

  • Issues are printed in small batches and mailed during the last week of each month, with the hope that they begin appearing in mailboxes around the 1st-ish.

    For our international readers, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery, as your newspaper has a little farther to travel!

  • Nope. Very intentionally old school.

  • Delivery times vary depending on where you live and how your local postal service is feeling that week. For our international readers, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. Good things take time, especially when they're traveling across oceans!

  • No. The Slow Lane is printed in small batches just for that month’s subscribers.

    Once an issue is gone, it’s gone.

  • We hope you stay awhile, but we are not going to hold you hostage over a newspaper.

  • We currently ship throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all 27 European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand.

    International subscriptions are an additional $2 per month to help cover the extra postage, and delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks.

    We're always hoping to send The Slow Lane a little farther! If your country isn't listed, feel free to reach out.

  • Your subscription renews on the same date each month that you originally signed up.

    So if you subscribe on the 20th, you’ll be charged again on the 20th of each month.
